Our products are adult products. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that adult products are legal to import to your address.
Every companion is built to your order. We do not hold stock, and we do not publish fixed prices because each order is priced individually — the product build plus shipping to your specific destination.
(1) You email us the model and options you want and your delivery country. (2) We reply with a written quote. (3) If you accept, we take a deposit by secure payment link to begin production. (4) The remaining balance is due before your order ships. (5) We ship discreetly and send you tracking privately. Nothing is charged until you confirm the quote.
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Payment is taken through a secure third-party payment provider. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges in your country are your responsibility unless the quote states otherwise.
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender. Delivery times depend on destination and customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, but we will help with documentation where we can.
Because items are custom-made, returns are limited — see our Returns & Refunds policy. Genuine quality faults are repaired or replaced under that policy.
Our products are strictly adult-bodied and intended for lawful private use by adults. You agree not to use them in any unlawful way.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
