Only what we need to answer you and fulfil an order: the email address and any name/alias you give us, the message and order details you send, and — if you order — the delivery address and country needed to quote shipping and ship to you. We do not ask for more than that.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote, process your order and payment, arrange discreet delivery, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Only the parties needed to complete your order: the payment provider that issues your payment link, and the shipping carrier that delivers your parcel (which always travels in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender). Each receives only the minimum information required. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted. Order and tax records are kept for the period applicable accounting and consumer-protection law requires, after which they are removed.
