Email anderson@duskember.com with the model and options you want and your delivery country. We confirm your total — the published price plus shipping to you — and send a secure payment link. To start production we take a deposit; the balance is due before your order ships, and we send tracking privately.
Because each companion is custom-made to your order, orders are non-returnable once production begins. The exception is a genuine quality fault — if anything arrives defective, we repair or replace it. Tell us within the window in your order confirmation.
