Register and submit your build and delivery address. We reply in your account with a current quote and a payment account to use. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
Because each companion is custom-made to your order, orders are non-returnable once production begins. The exception is a genuine quality fault — if anything arrives defective, we repair or replace it. Tell us within the window in your order confirmation.
