LeaveCustom-made intimacy products can’t be resold, so returns are limited — but you’re fully covered for anything that arrives faulty. Here’s exactly how it works.
Each companion is produced specifically for your order. For hygiene and because every build is bespoke, made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once production has begun.
If you cancel after paying a deposit but before we start production, contact us straight away — we’ll refund what is recoverable at that stage (the deposit may be partly non-refundable once materials and a production slot are committed; we’ll always tell you the position before you pay).
Every order is covered against genuine manufacturing or quality faults. If anything arrives defective, we repair or replace it at our cost. Report the fault within the window stated in your order confirmation, with photos or video so we can act quickly.
Inspect your parcel on arrival. If there is shipping damage, take photos of the packaging and the item and email us within 72 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and arrange a fix or replacement.
Email arthur@duskember.com with your order reference and photos. We respond personally and discreetly, and we’ll guide you through repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are processed promptly; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
